John and I decided to be a bit naughty today - and trekked over to Santa Monica's 3rd Street Promenade for a rather decadent breakfast at Cafe Crepe (including Bloody Marys and Screwdrivers), - followed by a bit of window-shopping, including the inevitable visit to Puzzle Zoo, where John drooled over Star Wars toys and I drooled over this. I mean, come on. This thing is totally, ridiculously adorable. Who doesn't want an excuse to purchase one of these?
It was the second cutest thing I'd seen all day. The first was an adorable 2-year old little girl clad in a bright yellow sundress and hat, running around by the water fountain across from where John and I were eating breakfast. BEYOND CUTE. It got worse when a couple of other little girls, including her younger sister, joined in.
It was one of those days... completely filled with cute.
Then, John and I meandered over to the Santa Monica Pier, to ride the Ferris Wheel. More cute. We were surrounded... there was no escape.
