Seriously! Ugh. I saw a pic of Taylor Momsen at like 14 or 15 wearing denim super short-shorts up to her crotch, with over-the-knee boots. Um, I don't care if she's a celebrity, she literally looked like a hooker. Ick. Not good at ANY age!
